Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities of the role include:

- Processing resident & client billing across our Residential Aged Care, Retirement Living and Community Services businesses
- Maintaining accurate resident and client records, ensuring fees, charges and government funding information is correct and up to date
- Monitoring and managing debtor balances, following up on outstanding accounts in line with organisational policies
- Responding to queries from residents, clients and representatives in a timely and professional manner
- Supporting month end processes, including accounts receivable reconciliations and revenue accruals
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any billing or payment issues
- Contributing to process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service

**About You**:
**Essential**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable role
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable procedures and accounting principles
- Proficient in general office administration tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Desirable**:

- 3 years+ experience in aged care or a similar environment
- Familiarity with finance-related systems used in residential care
