**About the Role**
This position is responsible for maintaining and updating legal documents pertaining to agreed-upon leaseholds with all stores within the business. The position entails building excellent relationships within our clients supportive team as well as franchise partners, significant stakeholders, and contractors.
The role includes managing shop build outs and property upkeep for company stores and the corporate headquarters as well as advising franchise partners on real estate issues. If you are a strong Property and Leasing Administrator looking for a new challenge - this role is for you
**Responsibilities**
In this varied and dynamic support role, you will be reporting directly to the Managing Director. Your duties will include but not be limited to;
- Answering and responding to incoming queries
- Updating and maintaining various internal databases to ensure they are accurate and up to date
- Lease and Property management
- Manage and oversee retail store fit outs
- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders including investors and property tenants
- Managing the team budget
- Writing and formatting reports
- Coordinating legal and property documentation
- Providing extensive administrative support to the wider team
- Ad hoc duties as required
**Skills and Experience**
The successful applicant will have a strong background as a Property Administrator with a proven ability to work autonomously and be solutions focused. Experience working in a face paced and at times challenging environment would be highly regarded. The following experience is essential to progress with this role:
- Extensive experience within the Commercial Property space
- Paralegal experience is highly advantageous
- Franchise experience is highly desirable
- A strong attention to detail
- Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- The ability to manage and prioritise a number of tasks at once
- Have confidence in liaising with high end clientele and stakeholders
- Understanding the importance of being proactive and efficient in your day to day work
