**Your future in food starts here | Injury Management & RTW Coordinator**

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Location: Kyneton, Victoria**

Working with the KGF Team, you will provide expert rehabilitation management advice and be proactive in the delivery of best possible outcomes in injury management and cost impacts to the business. You will also provide the full range of rehabilitation, injury management and return to work functions that support business objectives and has a direct impact on business outcomes.

**YOUR RESPONSILBITIES**
- Execute implementation of proactive Injury Management and RTW solutions across the business.
- Develop a strategic Injury Management framework ensuring key stakeholder input
- Leverage the site medical treatment provider services to expediate RTW processes and assist with cost management

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL**

**You will bring with you**:

- Min 12months experience in RTW, Injury Management or similar roles.
- Able to display excellent judgement, drive, and initiative.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management (essential).
- Proven collaborative, customer focus that develops practical solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
