**About the Role**
You will be coordinating the day to day case management and return to work programs and supporting compliance, systems and processes required for the implementations of designated programs of work, related to WHS & Injury Management. You will managing approximately 20-30 minor claims at any one time which includes following up regularly with the injured worker, lodging and finalizing claims with Insurer, wage reimbursements and remittances, overseeing RTW plans with the external provider.

**Your Experience**
To see you successful in this role it is imperative you are a people person with a warm and engaging approach. You will be a solid and effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Technically you will need recent injury management experience at within an employer or agent environment along with demonstrated experience in early intervention and pro-active injury management. Appropriate qualifications as Return to Work Coordinator and/or Certificate IV in WHS is mandatory.

As you may be required to visit site on occasion, a drivers license is required. This role is an immediate start contract role that will be ongoing, however there is a strong likelihood of the role going permanent if it suits. This role offers exceptional flexibility to work from home majority of the week and visit the gold coast or Sydney office 1-2 times a week.
