**Maintenance Officer **around the area of Sunshine Coast/ Noosa
- Casual Position

Our client is looking for a Maintenance Officer who can perform regular task and manage maintenance repairs efficiently. We are seeking someone who can perform routine inspection and as well perform other activities as a preventive measurement.

**About the Role**:

- Regularly check community spaces to identify issues with litter, mechanical failure, or breakdowns.
- Respond to clients’ maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct performance assessments of company appliances
- Attend to members of staff promptly when called upon
- Be knowledgeable of safety Hazards

**Requirement**:

- Clear Police Check
- Medical Clearance needed
- Ability to work on a rotating roster

**About You**:

- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, or other systems
- Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment
- Well organized and apt in problem-solving
- High attention to detail
- Good communication ability
- Effective time management
- Responsible with strong technical and practical skill
