Step into a pivotal role as the Product Owner - Ranging within our forward-thinking Planning & Inventory team.

You'll drive the evolution of planning and inventory processes, championing smarter and more agile operations that align with our commercial goals. By connecting day-to-day needs with long-term strategy, you'll play a key role in unlocking opportunities, streamlining solutions, and delivering value across the business.

What you'll be doing

As a Product Owner – Ranging at Kmart Group, you'll be:

  • Work closely with our technology team to align development efforts with our future business vision.
  • Drive the development of a unified system for two distinct brands.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions, serving as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technology team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, creating alignment and driving decision-making across diverse groups.
  • Utilize analytical skills to capture and leverage data and insights, driving informed decision-making.
  • Stay abreast of ecommerce trends and technologies, bringing valuable knowledge and insights to enhance our technological landscape.

To be successful in this role you'll have:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or Manager, well-versed in product life cycle, MVP, and iterative development.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, with Agile certification considered a plus.
  • Exceptional planning, communication, presentation, negotiating, and influencing skills.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to capture and utilize data and insights for decision-making.
  • Strong critical reasoning skills and the ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, creating alignment and driving decision-making.
  • Good business judgment, willing to make difficult decisions and constructively challenge existing practices.
  • Ability to create a constructive feedback environment that adds value.
  • Knowledge and interest in ecommerce trends and technologies.
