**About the role**

We are hiring for a dedicated Supplier Manager to maintain our trade ecosystem. We manage properties all across the eastern seaboard of Australia - in nearly every major city - so we need to ensure we have the right trades in the right areas so we can service all our customers. This role is pivotal to making that happen.
We have dedicated case managers that deal with the actual maintenance requests that come in from our customers. The Supplier Manager role ensures these case managers have the right trades available so they can deliver the best quality work to our customers.
**Specific responsibilities include**:

- Identify any performance gaps in our current trade network and source & onboard new trades to fill those gaps
- Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure we have the best trades, and they're delivering great value for money for our customers
- Maintain strong relationships with our key trades, as well as case managers to ensure the operations go smoothly
- Work closely with the product and technology team to drive automation, constantly increase supplier responsiveness and performance, and improve the general supplier experience

**Who you are**
- Previous experience in a Property Management role is highly desirable
- You will be tech-savvy, extremely passionate, and full of innovative ideas
- A proactive and resourceful approach to conflict resolution and problem-solving
- Exemplary communication and problem-solving skills
- You will be super switched-on and able to work at a fast pace
- Must have an excellent phone manner and be well versed in dialogue for negotiation, price reduction conversations, etc.
- High level of attention to detail and strong time management skills
