**We are looking for an experienced Partner & Service Supplier Manager t**o recruit, onboard and actively manage all MadeComfy's housekeeping and maintenance suppliers with the focus to deliver quality service through engaging and securing the best performing housekeeping businesses available in the market.

**The responsibilities of the Partner & Service Supplier Manager are**:

- Recruitment and onboarding of MadeComfy service partners including housekeeping, maintenance, linen and amenity suppliers
- Conduct orientation training and in-service training to explain policies and work procedures with partners
- Monitor and benchmark partner performance towards set KPI's
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners and drive engagement and improvement
- Facilitate the MadeComfy certification program for housekeepers when required
- Monitor partner compliance to the service agreement
- Generate monthly and weekly reports for upper management
- Manage storage and supply of linen and amenities as per business needs, ensure linen and amenities are ordered in timely manner, monitor weekly stock take
- Approve invoices from housekeeping and linen suppliers and inspect for credibility
- Ensure Finance Department is kept up to date by including memos with the appropriate invoice
- Calculate bonus payments for eligible service providers

**The required skills and experience are**:

- 3-5 years of experience and a track record in partner management, ideally with a fast-growing business and within housekeeping or maintenance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding organisational and relationship building skills
- Excellent interpersonal, networking and presentation skills
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Goal-driven attitude striving to be the best in the field
- A dynamic and smart, hard worker with a passion and energy to drive new ideas and deliver excellent results
- Background in housekeeping, online cleaning platforms or short term rental management would be a plus
- Desire to join a fast-growing, revenue-generating company
