**Hours**:This role is full-time, ongoing

**Location**: Based at Elizabeth with the expectation of travel to other co-locations as needed.

**About the Role**:
The Support Services Team Leader is a key leadership role across the Mental Health & Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) portfolio ensuring high quality operational, administrative and support services to the portfolio’s suite of services. This role reports directly to the Executive Manager - Mental Health & AOD and works collaboratively alongside program managers, whilst providing line management and front-line supports to the metro Support Services team.

The Support Services team is responsible for the provision of high-level customer service delivering friendly, empathetic and proficient care, as well as administrative & operational supports to clients and staff including internal and external stakeholders of Sonder.

**Experience Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive experience in administrative and operational supports in a Community, Health, or Social Services organisation.
- Experience in the delivery of a proficient Administration and Front Desk service and in dealing with sensitive and demanding public enquiries by telephone and face to face.
- Experience in providing effective client/customer contact and professional, courteous service provision.
- Experience working within a leadership role.
- Proficient experience in using the Microsoft suite of software and databases.

**Qualification and Other Requirements**:

- Drivers Licence
- Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
- Certificate level in Business Administration or similar (desirable)
