The Principal PCFH Adoption Lead will work with the PCFH Adoption Leads, key stakeholders in eHealth and HealthShare NSW, and other change agents to successfully implement People and Culture transformative initiatives. This role is crucial in leading and driving PCFH recommendations and in particular, the Human Capital Management (HCM) cloud transformation at the health organisation level.

The role will lead a team of 10 Adoption Leads and will demonstrate strength in people leadership and change management.

For further information please view the Position Description.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Lead, guide and develop change capability in the PCFH Adoption Leads, providing regular feedback and actively managing performance.
- Implement a comprehensive change management strategy, including readiness assessment, best practices, end-to-end support, and targeted interventions for resistance.
- Design and execute a communication plan that effectively conveys project goals, benefits and progress updates to all relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with eHealth to design training solutions, assessing training effectiveness and adjusting accordingly to enhance learning outcomes.
- Establish and implement feedback mechanisms to track adoption, utilisation and proficiency of individual changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Measure and monitor progress across the system and escalate issues as necessary.
- Is a strategic thinker with the ability to lead others, problem solve and manage in a dynamic change environment.
- Possesses an in-depth understanding of and proven experience in leading change, along with excellent project management expertise and experience in large, organisation wide projects.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills with the capability to cultivate relationships and effectively influence key stakeholders using consultation, facilitation and proven problem-solving abilities.
- Holds a Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as business, human resources management, organisational development, psychology or similar, and/or extensive experience in people and culture functions.

**What’s in it for you?**
- Your wellbeing is of genuine importance to us. Therefore, we provide a flexible working environment and a range of generous leave provisions for eligible employees.
- We invest in our staff. We offer opportunities to upskill beyond your role with access to LinkedIn Learning, Plain English training, StrengthsFinder initiative and more.

- Free annual flu vaccination.

**How to apply**:

- Please attach your CV and cover letter indicating your interest in the role and one page response to the following targeted question:
**“Please share an experience where you led a change initiative with a team. How did you structure and lead the team to ensure effective execution of the change? What strategies did you use to keep the team aligned, motivated, and focused on the goals? How did you handle any challenges or conflicts within the team, and what was the impact of the change on the organisation?”**:

- 2x referees will need to be supplied prior to an offer being made.

**Our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion**
At the NSW Health we are committed to creating a diverse, inclusive and flexible environment which reflects the community and customers we serve.
