Award winning Place Bulimba are enthusiastically searching for their next Customer Care / Office support extraordinaire to support their front of house operations and provide 6-star service to all external and internal clients.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all customers and colleagues;
- Receive and delegate all incoming calls with knowledge and confidence;
- Ensure the meeting rooms and communal areas are kept clean and presentable;
- Organise and coordinate the external and internal mail;
- Support both sales and property management functions in an administrative capacity;
- Overflow assistance with preparing of agent and property marketing;
- Additional administration support when required for the office;

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer facing role;
- Confident and outgoing nature with the drive to go above and beyond;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Thorough attention to detail;
- Have the ability to manage multiple high-pressure situations with ease;
- Professional presentation; and
- The desire to grow, develop and value-add within a team
