**About the role**

**This role is a fixed Full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week.**

As Fundraising Support Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and donor care to supporters and providing administrative support to the Revenue and Operations Group. This role works closely across the Revenue and Operations department to provide guidance and support to our donors, helping them achieve their fundraising goals and, ultimately our collective mission to raise funds to beat cancer.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you must have strong experience in customer service, telephone support or administrative role and excellent written and oral communication skills. You will be able to adapt to adopt contemporary communication methods and digital technology. You will also have exceptional organisational and time management skills and be customer service focussed and compassionate when interacting with supporters and the general public.

Your ability to work closely and effectively in a team to meet and achieve organisational goals is essential. Previous experience working with volunteers, in a fundraising environment and a Certificate III in Business Administration is highly desirable.

**Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills**

**Essential Skills**:

- Strong experience in customer service, telephone and technological support or administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including well-developed telephone and electronic communication skills
- Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office suite
- Customer service focussed and compassionate when interacting with supporters and the public

**Desirable Skills**:

- Previous experience in a fundraising environment
- Experience working with fundraising CRM systems
- Experience working with volunteers
- Certificate III in Business Administration
