This Project Coordinator role oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of digital screens within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**_The Company_**

Our clients are specialists in Local Area Marketing and their job is to convert people to customers. They have created one of Australia’s largest out of home media networks right in the heart of the community at the local supermarket.

This part-time role (25 - 30 hours pw) is located in Moorabbin and they are looking forward to welcoming a positive individual who is able to take ownership and bring energy and passion to this role.

The Project Coordinator is a core part of the team that is responsible for the overall successful delivery of each project.

**Responsibilities will include the overseeing of the following tasks**:

- Print (Community Boards) +- 5 new Boards per month
- Maintain updated stock list of both Digital and Community Boards
- Arrange manufacture of new boards for installation
- Maintain schedule of all new boards and maintenance of existing boards
- Procure and arrange installers and preparation of instruction for same
- Prepare and/or arrange Accessories pack for new board installation
- Arrange technician pre-site inspection.
- Weekly communication with Board manufacturer
- Liaise with Administration to update Database for new stores.
- Handover to Client Success Officer post installation
- Communicate with stores to prepare for installations and post communication.
- Transport company - arrange pickup and delivery of new boards.
- Liaise with graphic designer and manufacturer to ensure custom boards are configured to fit the space in store.
- Liaise with designers regarding images (required for approval)
- Complete site installation sheet with images
- Update tickets

**What you need to bring to the role**:

- Great time-management skills, ability to multitask, and meet set deadlines
- Excellent client and liaison communication and administration skills
- High ability to be innovative and possess creative problem-solving skills
- Be a proactive, flexible and motivated team member.

At least 3 years experience in a similar role is where you should be in your career and are now ready to take the next step up.
