Manager - Compliance & Store Development

**RETAIL CORPORATE**

**MANAGER - COMPLIANCE & STORE DEVELOPMENT**:

- Moorabbin, Australia**YOUR MISSION**:
**Store Development***Manage Store development projects as required, focusing on the development & execution of store concept implementation, space planning & procurement activities while monitoring the project budgets & timelines. The projects will be executed in close collaboration with the departments of Retail Oceania (i.e. I.T, operations, visual merchandising, marketing, and finance) & with the Global Retail Environment Team.
-Develop & execute project phasing to ensure the scheduled project delivery. Manage 3rd party consultants (i.e. local architects, general contractors, interior fit out companies, security system planner, multimedia / digital signage planner, etc.).
-Frequent travel to deliver projects and to coordinate / supervise the store development execution / store opening or closing.
-Identify & preselect suitable general contractors and management of tender development.
-Lead and manage vendors quality, timeline, and cost-effective reviews on a yearly basis focused on driving improvements.

**Stocktake**Plan and coordinate store stocktakes.
-Support IT in choosing proper hardware material like scanners for conducting stocktakes.
-Measure, analyze and investigate shrink results.
-Monitor and set targets for stores with poor shrink results.

**Loss Prevention***Increase awareness and improve results through loss prevention training, communication and reporting.
-Regularly review loss prevention processes, audit process and reporting, identify and implement improvements for more effective and efficient procedures.
-Responsible for obtaining store camera footage for internal or police investigations.
-Give guidance about loss prevention when changes in POS systems are updated.
-Work with retail training department on training and e-learning on loss prevention and auditing.
-Work in collaboration with Teamhead Retail Operations, Area Managers, Store Managers, Finance, Logistics etc. to investigate findings and work toward improvements.

**Incident Management**Own ‘FALCONY’ incident reporting tool for Puma Oceania.
-Follow up and communicate incident reports to all parties involved.
-Conduct investigations with finance and logistics on suspicious activity and missing deliveries.
-Handle Maintenance piece (IT, Equipment, Fixtures, Infrastructure)

**Policies and Procedures***Own the Puma Oceania Policies & Procedures and their further development.

**YOUR TALENT**:
Minimum 5 years of retail experience in store operations, store development, loss prevention, inventory control and auditing.
-Preferably a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business.
-Success in this position is dependent upon individual’s proven abilities in leadership, organization, communication, decision-making, time management and analytical skills.
-Proven ability to reason through complex issues, demonstrates effective communication on different levels, ability to present information to large groups.
-Interest in innovation and change.
-Demonstrated skills in planning and organizing efficiency.
-Strong analytical skills to read and create reports that support performance measurement and investigations.
-PC Skills - Medium; Microsoft Office - Medium.
