RUOMKY is undertaking a significant expansion and is looking for new friends to join our family. There is an opportunity for a Business Unit Production Manager to join our team located in our Chester Hill production kitchen.

**About the role**:

- A strong understanding of manufacturing environment in a food background with a willingness to manage the daily responsibilities of your business unit and be accountable for the results.
- Reliability, punctuality, and be well presented.
- A strong understanding of stock management to minimise wastage and optimise stock FIFO
- A willingness to learn and attention to detail to ensure that all Food Safety requirements are met in both the facility and production items.
- Strong organisational skills to have production planning done promptly.
- Good communication skills and the ability to generate co-operation within your team, in your unit and then the other departments ( 5 in total )
- Prior hands-on experience
- Prior experience with food production, quality systems or machine operation will be advantageous.
