**What does it mean to be a Production Staff Member at RUOMKY?**

Our Production Staff Members are responsible for prepping, packing and cleaning. Depending on the area assigned to you, our Production Staff Members are generally responsible for:

- Cooking Rice, Pasta, Lasagna etc
- Following instructions and dividing food into portions
- Marinating Chicken and other meat products
- Preparation of cold sauces (e.g. Mayonnaise)
- Packing food with assistance of machinery and ensuring they are labelled correctly
- Regular housekeeping to maintain a clean & tidy warehouse and equipment
- High degree of compliance with procedures, rules and regulations

**Bakery specific duties**:

- Portioning dessert sauces
- Baking cakes & Decorating cakes
- Preparing and packing pizza dough balls
- Inspecting product for quality, weight, size and shape
- Be well presented and punctual while adhering to all WH&S guidelines and wearing necessary PPE gear in the warehouse.
- Be available to work a variety of shifts starting from 5am
- Be willing and able to undertake physically demanding duties at a fast pace (Lifting, Reaching, Standing and Bending)
- Be able to work independently as well as being apart of a team to keep to our company culture
- Be able to understand and follow instructions while effectively communicating with team members
- Be flexible with their start and finish times to suit business demands - this is a MUST

Experience in similar positions and working environments is highly advantageous.

A NSW Drivers License and own transport is advantageous due to the early shift start times and limited public transport available at these times.
