**About the role**:
We are recruiting for an experienced manager or leader to assist with performance and people management across two sites in the Perth South region. The role will oversee the delivery of the Federal Government funded Transition to Work (TtW) program, that supports young people in their journey to find meaningful and sustainable employment.
**To be successful you should have**:
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and working within a customer service, target driven environment
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role delivering Employment Services contracts will be highly regarded although not essential
- The ability to coach and mentor a high performing team, lead by example, and keep a team motivated in challenging circumstances
- A passion for working with youth, disadvantaged individuals and those living with a disability
- Excellent networking and relationship building skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills particularly in negotiation, relationship management and influencing
- A full driving licence and the ability to obtain a current clear Police Check and Working with Children Check
