
Solutions Manager

We have an exciting role available for a Solutions Manager to join our Australian team. The Solutions Manager is responsible for the strategic development of the solutions business within Endress+Hauser Australia, ensuring that the solutions business is promoted and supported, and associated sales targets are achieved.
**Role + Responsibilities**
- Lead Solutions BDM and Application teams to achieve and grow Solutions business within Australia
- Organise necessary resources (e.g. solutions BDMs, production centre experts, global solutions team) and build network to fulfil customer's expectations
- Liase with State-based Project Acquisition Manager to ensure a standarised approach to Acquisitions, e.g. tendering templates, stakeholder anaylsis etc.
- Represent E+H Australia at important meetings for process development and networking, e.g. annual Solutions network meetings, PC round tables, as required and approved by MD
- Support the development of project and solution opportunities with defned accounts from first info to contract closign to feed pipeline for Projects and Sales process
- Develop strategic relationships/partners with System Integrators, Allicance Partners etc.
- Create target for Solutions Business and set budgets, in accordance with guidelines from the Finance Director and providing reporting to Corporate office as required
- Report about process development and results in Management meetings
- Conduct employee appraisal and development plans for your team on a regular basis and in accordance with Company policy
**Qualification + Profile**
- Degree qualified in Engineering / Business or related discipline
- Strong technical background in instrumentation, control systems, process plants, and technical solutions
- Superb interpersonal skills, particularly in motivating and collaborating with other departments and creating a positive working environment
- Relationship development skills and experience
- Strong analytical and entrepreneurial skills
- Good presentation skills, communication, and interpersonal skills to be able to work “face to face” with major clients
- Strong Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Demonstrated success in setting and achieving business plan objectives
