About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Workplace Experience Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will be responsible for delivering outstanding workplace experiences within our client's portfolio, putting people at the heart of everything we do.
As the Workplace Experience Manager, you will lead the transformation of workplace services, creating environments where people thrive. You'll balance operational excellence with human-centered design principles, managing teams, contracts, and financial decisions with a focus on exceptional service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Team Transformation
Develop existing talent and bring in new capabilities
Implement technology enabling a mobile, floor-present workplace team
Build a proactive, responsive, and agile team culture
Client & Stakeholder Management
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Meet or exceed contract requirements and KPIs
Deliver exceptional service quality measured by client feedback
Leadership
Foster teamwork and performance excellence
Manage team performance and development
Create succession plans for key positions
Operations Management
Deliver all operational requirements per client scope
Implement effective procedures and performance measures
Drive technology initiatives and best practices
Ensure financial targets are met with proper controls
Maintain compliance with health, safety and risk protocols
Manage data integrity and system performance
Resolve user complaints with effective solutions
Monitor vendor performance and contract management
Handle emergency situations and out-of-hours issues
Coordinate workplace changes and minor projects
**What we are looking for**:
Proven experience in financial services, luxury hospitality, or corporate workplace coordination
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
Exceptional customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills
Meticulous attention to detail with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
Experience with workplace management systems and booking platforms
Background in event coordination and vendor management
Facility support services experience is advantageous
Financial management and budgeting capabilities
