What you/'ll do

We offer a unique opportunity to lead the launch and growth of a new rehabilitation and return-to-work service in Australia, as part of an ambitious and forward-looking business expansion. This role is part of WPO/'s strategic plan to expand our rehabilitation service beyond workers/' compensation into the insurance and B2B segments, leveraging our strong customer base in Australia. As part of this initiative, you will take on a significant and exciting challenge to:

- Learn from WPO/'s solid experience in Europe, where we have successfully supported thousands of people in their return to work after illness or injury.
- Adapt and tailor our rehabilitation model to meet the specific needs and expectations of the Australian market, ensuring relevance and results
- Be the local subject matter expert, guiding our sales and account management teams, and playing a key role in expanding our footprint across Australia.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this position are based on three types of functions:

Sales support:

- Adapt our EMEA rehabilitation model to meet the specific needs and expectations of the Australian market, ensuring relevance and results
- Contribute to the development and expansion of the rehabilitation service offering
- Assist sales and account management teams
- Liaise with insurance prescribers and B2B customers

Follow-up coordination:

- Conduct individual telephone interviews with beneficiaries
- Manage, supervise and lead the regional network of affiliates in charge of support services, to guarantee ethical standards, efficiency and quality of intervention.
- Set up and coordinate individual return-to-activity programs, as part of a multidisciplinary team, based on the specific needs of each customer.

Operational development:

- Help build the network of affiliates in the region
- Build the operational implementation of the service
- Contribute to the hiring and training of all new rehabilitation coordinators
- Ensure the quality of the work carried out to manage files and monitor performance indicators

Qualifications/skills

- Clinical and pathological psychology with significant knowledge of occupational and/or corporate HR psychology.
- Good knowledge of the corporate environment and the players involved in outplacement (management, human resources, etc.).
- Good writing skills and fluency in oral expression.
- Good command of IT tools (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Knowledge of the insurance industry would be a plus.
