We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic **Nominated Supervisor** to lead our dynamic team and ensure our service meets the highest standards of care and compliance.

**About the Role**:
As the Nominated Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), Education and Care Services National Regulations and Law. You will lead and inspire a team of educators, foster strong partnerships with families, and provide an environment where children can thrive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with the National Law, National Regulations, and National Quality Standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support a diverse team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, the community, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee administrative functions, including rosters, enrolments, and compliance documentation.
- Support the implementation of policies and procedures that promote a safe and inclusive environment.
- Lead the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) process to ensure ongoing improvement of the service.

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- A Diploma or A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates
- Thorough knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF, and regulations and law.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within the early childhood sector (Minimum 3 years experience).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for providing high-quality care and education to children.
- Experience in managing budgets, rosters, and operational requirements (preferred).
