**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for **Centre Manager** to join and lead our team at Gemini Eagle Farm, Pinkenba.

Gemini Eagle Farm in Pinkenba (15 min. from Brisbane CBD) is a brand-new shop with a modern fit-out, including pulling racks, Car-O-Liner speed benches, and an in-house mechanical workshop.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will take ownership of this centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team whilst having a significant impact on the day-to-day operational running of the site. This permanent full-time role will provide you with opportunities for growth, stability and security as part of the bigger AMA Group.

**Role responsibilities**:
Production Workshop Management: oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations.
- ** Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management**: ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
- ** Customer Service and Stakeholder Management**: provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional and friendly interactions.
- ** Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration**:ensure the site is operating profitability. Prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, Management Reports by utilising the tools provided to understand site performance.
- ** Leadership and People Management**:oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place. Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
- ** Work Health and Safety (WHS)**: ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, all WHS policies and procedures are followed and safety incidences/near misses are immediately reported and actioned.
