**About the Company**
ReturnToWorkSA is a leading insurance agency, responsible for providing work injury insurance and regulating the South Australian Return To Work scheme. As a result of an exciting, organisation wide technology transformation, they are seeking a Program Manager who will play a critical role in the development and implementation of their new technology strategy.
**The Opportunity**
This is an exciting opportunity to join ReturnToWorkSA as they bring together business and technical experts for a transformation program which will significantly enhance the way they work and provide far more efficient outcomes to their customers and employees.
As the Program Manager - Technology Transformation, you will ensure the successful operation and delivery of a complex program of work. You will monitor and manage cost, schedule, governance, budget, risks and benefits realisation.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the transformational leadership team to ensure fundamental capability requirements are communicated and delivered.
- Lead the day-today program activities including governance, risk, benefits realisation, communications & engagement, delivery progress and planning and collaboration and methods.
- Develop and implement strategies and tools for the continuous monitoring and evaluation of projects.
- Collaborate with external partners and ensure all procurement/contract related activities are delivered.
- Regularly communicate with key stakeholders and team members and prepare progress reports for the Board, Exec and Steering Committees.
**What we are looking for**:
A customer focussed Program Manager with proven experience managing multiple internal and external project managers and business and technology specialists within a large complex technology enabled transformation program.
You will be a skilled communicator and consultative team member with a proven track record of planning, executing, controlling and closing projects. You will have strong skills in creating and maintaining project plans and the ability to assist with resourcing requirements when required. Experience using Agile methodology for medium to large sized programs is required.
