**About the Company**

This role is with a top 50 Insolvency spacialist firm in the CBD and they are looking for an experienced Supervisor / Assistant Manager to join the team who can become a Manager in the short-term.

The Directors are a mixture of seasoned mid-tier and Big 4 professionals who have come together with the common goal of offering the best experience in the market.

Your role will see you managing a team of 2 direct reports and you will also form part of the leadership team and be actively involved in helping make firm wide decisions and shaping the overall strategy.

**About the Role**

***You will be working across a broad range of insolvency matters which will include, but not be limited to:

- Voluntary Administrations, CVL’s, DOCA’s and Receiverships
- Investigations into the financial affairs of distressed companies
- Corporate restructuring and workouts
- Report Writing
- Liaising and reporting to creditors, banks, and statutory authorities

**Skills & Experience**
- CA or CPA Qualified
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years’ experience in a corporate insolvency role
- Experience of managing and motivating people is essential
- High level written and verbal communication
