Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the effective management of insolvency matters, including formal and informal engagements such as profit improvement, debt restructuring, trade-ons, liquidations, voluntary administrations and receiverships.
  • Manage court liquidations, CVLs, VAs, administrations, trade-ons and small receiverships.
  • Provide personal debt advice and bankruptcy services.
  • Investigate and prepare statutory reports.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, creditors and stakeholders through administration and case management.
  • Assist in leading and supervising a team of support staff (Supervisor/Assistant Manager).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ years experience in Insolvency
  • Experience in Personal and/or Corporate Insolvency
  • Tertiary Education and Degree Qualified
  • Interest in or completed CA/CPA
  • Strong numerical skills
