If you're looking to build specialist skills in a hands-on, dynamic environment, this is the perfect next step.Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:Engagement Management: Managing day-to-day operational aspects of formal insolvency appointments (e.g., trade-ons, liquidations, receiverships, administrations, receipts/payments, asset management).
Stakeholder Communication: Assisting with clear and professional communication (written and verbal) with clients, creditors, lawyers, and other stakeholders.Advisory Support: Supporting the team on informal advisory engagements, such as independent business reviews and turnaround assignments.Analysis & Reporting: Compiling financial information, conducting analysis, drawing conclusions, and assisting with report preparation.Investigations: Assisting with investigations into antecedent transactions and insolvent trading, ensuring compliance and timely reporting of any contraventions.Relationship Building: Developing professional relationships with clients and stakeholders, representing the firm's capabilities.What You'll Bring:Experience: 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally with exposure to insolvency, restructuring, or forensic accounting.Qualifications: A relevant bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or similar).
Professional Certification: CA or CPA qualified, or actively working towards completion (support provided).
