Technical Trainer We have an exciting opportunity available for someone looking to take the next step in their career with a **14 month secondment** as a Technical Trainer within our Contact Centre. In this role, you'll partner with the business to deliver learning solutions to our Contact Centre team regarding products, process, procedures, and systems. You'll deliver effective facilitation and evaluation of induction and upskill training programs, and business projects across multiple product streams. You'll also be responsible for identifying training requirements, analysing existing capabilities and delivering measurable solutions that meet the needs of the business and individuals. Additionally, maintenance and enhancements of existing training solutions will be required to ensure the experience is current and relevant to each learner. **What you'll do** - Deliver the current suite of training programs in a consistent and engaging manner, catering to various learning preferences, and fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment; - Effectively manage participant behaviour in accordance with ING policies and Orange Behaviours; - Identify and provide feedback on learner performance to Capability Coaches and Team Leaders; - Review performance data and work with stakeholders to reduce gaps; - Update training materials to incorporate changes to process/procedure. **What we're looking for** - Facilitation experience via training or team meetings or similar is required with a preference in training in process, policy and procedures. Qualifications or courses in training/leadership will be highly regarded. - A genuine passion for developing and coaching others, and helping them to achieve set goals. - The ability to communicate confidently and provide constructive feedback effectively to a diverse background of stakeholders. - The ability to be adaptable and "think on your feet" flexible in a wide range of challenging situations. - Strong time management stills as well as the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team - A proactive mindset and thrives in a busy and dynamic environment. - Being training across multiple ING products is beneficial but not essential - Availability to work from the Wyong office for multiple weeks at a time, ranging from 8am - 8pm **About Us** At ING, we want to make life simpler and more worthwhile - for everyone who banks with us, for the people who work with us, and the community at large, too.
