**About the Job**

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Research, write and edit technical documents, including user manuals, installation guides, technical specifications, knowledge articles/online help, and other documentation
- Migrating existing Knowledge Base Articles from legacy system (Kentico 9) to ServiceNow Knowledge Management.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of technical content across all documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation meets the needs of its intended audience
- Designing, coordinating, scheduling and conducting training
- Performing evaluation and assessment of training quality and effectiveness, and reviewing and modifying training collateral/methods, etc., to uplift as required
- Use appropriate formatting, illustrations, and multimedia to enhance documentation in compliance with branding guidelines
- Create high quality and effective copy for Rest staff (and where relevant for employers) that is consistent with the Rest brand strategy
- Work in conjunction with the Rest Branding Team to creatively solve briefs in a differentiated, innovative and effective way

**Qualifications**:
**About You**:

- Appropriate tertiary qualification Technical Writing, English, Communications, or similar discipline
- Certificate 4 in Training & Assessment (minimum)
- 2+ years’ experience in technical writing

**Required experience, understanding or credentials including**:

- Strong creative writing skills
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently
- Creative thinker
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Highly skilled in authoring clear communications in plain English
- Ability to be autonomous, proactive and plan and manage deadlines
- The ability to translate data into user-friendly information
- Strong content research, and communication skills
- Experience in writing content across a broad variety of formats
- Strong project management skills: planning, issues management, execution
- Creative problem solver and able to generate ideas
- Collaborative with strong stakeholder management skills
