John Holland have recently been awarded an Iconic large water infrastructure project based in South-West Melbourne. We’re currently in the design and planning phase and are looking for an experienced **Document Controller** to join our team based in Werribee, VIC.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Provide advice, guidance and support with setting up the project
- Maintain project-related document control register, database and hard copy filing system.
- Ensure document submissions are in accordance and compliant with the project document formats and requirements.
- Identify, record, and communicate issues with registered documents.
- Maintain storage and archiving of project and organizational records (electronic and hard copy)
- Ensure the documents are managed in strict confidentiality.
- Perform all duties in accordance with John Holland policies, processes, systems, and procedures.

- Experience working within the Construction and Engineering industry on relevant Infrastructure projects in a Document Controller position.
