As a commission-based Leasing Onsite Support at CDA Co-living, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition for our tenants by completing inspections, coordinating logistics, and preparing vacant units.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough move-in and move-out inspections of rooms and houses, documenting the condition with detailed reports and clear photographs.
- Coordinate and schedule incoming and outgoing tenant inspections, ensuring a smooth handover process.
- Clean vacant bedrooms that have been left uncleaned, ensuring they meet our high standards for cleanliness and are ready for new occupants.
- Maintain and update key inventory. Check and replace door locks and bedroom keys as needed.
- Communicate effectively with tenants, property managers, and maintenance personnel to ensure a seamless experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in property management or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (may be required).
- Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy objects (e.g., vacuum cleaners, cleaning supplies).
