We are seeking a driven Leasing Manager to join our team and lead from the front in our soon to open first NSW asset, HOME Parramatta. This role involves taking a hands-on approach in leasing up the property and driving leasing initiatives. You'll be supported by a high-performing team to elevate the HOME experience to new heights. Reporting to the Portfolio Leasing Manager, add your flair, drive, and personality to the team, create a welcoming, authentic and genuine connection with everyone who walks through the door at HOME Parramatta.

Let's be clear This is not your typical leasing or property management role. No maintenance management, no travelling and no managing multiple landlords and buildings. Only the most exhilarating elements of these roles have been collated for a super exciting position.

In this variety-packed role, you will be responsible for:

  • Showing and selling purposefully built high quality apartments, processing applications for prospective residents and generating new leases
  • Leading and inspiring a high-performing team with a mindset of professional and personal growth to learn all aspects of the BTR leasing function
  • Leading the leasing team to generate revenue for the property through sales, renewal activity & ancillary services
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly sales quotas, contributing to meeting the property's targeted resident retention goals
  • Daily management of leads
  • Support the wider team by assisting with the day-to-day operations, community events, staff engagement plus much more
