**The Company**:
This role will suit a highly organised and switched-on individual interested in property marketing.

**The Role**:
The Leasing Support/Operations Manager will assist the leasing team with all aspects of marketing, ensure deals are being processed efficiently and clients are kept updated.

Duties include:

- Marketing & Branding: assist the marketing manager, help with specific marketing, maintain a accurate record of marketing
- Leasing: assist agents with deals once agreed
- Documentation: assist with documenting term sheets, prepare fee invoices on excel, etc
- Communication: arranging weekly team meetings, ensure clients are kept updated efficiently
- Administration: Ordering office stationery, new staff inductions and training, maintaining CPD register and reminding staff to undertake training

To be successful in this role you have:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Degree in related discipline - property/commerce/business
- Good excel skills

Certificate of Registration/ Real Estate License is not required.
