**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are currently looking for Administration Support to join our multi-disciplinary Community Palliative Care team located in Sunshine and Werribee. The role will be responsible for undertaking a variety of administration and reception duties to support the day to day running of this community service.
Casual hours available (includes days, evenings, weekends and public holidays).
Mercy Palliative Care, Administration, working across Sunshine and Werribee offices.
To be an integral part of the Administrative team, contributing to the provision of high quality are for patients and families of the Mercy Palliative Care Program in the community.
Being part of a multi-disciplinary team, which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers.

**ABOUT YOU**:
High level of interpersonal, communication skills (written and verbal) and computer literacy.
High attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills and an ability to manage conflicting priorities.
Well-developed telephone etiquette with demonstrated techniques.
Motivated, flexible, extremely reliable.

Mercy Palliative Care is a community palliative care service operating in the Western region of Melbourne and provides a holistic multidisciplinary approach to palliative care. We provide psychological and spiritual support, caring for people of all ages with life-limiting illnesses in their homes as well as complex symptom management. We currently care for over 500 patients across the region in their own homes.
