Be a multi-disciplinary design manager to lead technical teams in delivering consistent, best for business, accurate and timely technical information/outputs whilst delivering a small number of engineering multi-disciplinary projects.

Join Our Team as a Lead Design Manager for a Desalination Infrastructure project.

As the Lead Design Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of water infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading Design Reviews: Ensure the accuracy and quality of designs through comprehensive reviews that adhere to industry standards and regulations.
- Primary Point of Contact: Act as the go-to expert for all water infrastructure projects, collaborating seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Safety, Quality, and Budget Oversight: Maintain high standards of safety and quality while managing project budgets effectively.
- Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive project success and ensure client satisfaction.
- A degree in Civil, Mechanical, Process, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
- Experience and project management experience in a design role, particularly with significant exposure to water projects (Desalination)
- Experience on the client side, especially with local councils or water authorities, is highly valued.
- In-depth knowledge of the Australian water sector, including relevant regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide your team effectively.
