The Opportunity

Consolidated Power Projects (CPP) are going through an exciting period as we continue to acquire some of the biggest renewable energy infrastructure projects in the industry.

As a market leader in the provision of High-Voltage solutions in the energy transmission industry, our in-house Design & Engineering team comprises of over more than 100 highly skilled engineers, designers and drafting personal that delivers Primary, Secondary, Civil, and Transmission Line.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join the Engineering leadership team at an industry leading organisation. If you have extensive experience at a senior level with substation design and/or utility grid connections, we would love to hear from you.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- 10+ years’ experience at a senior level, with substation design and/or utility grid connections
- Must be a Chartered Engineer
- Demonstrated experience with primary design and engineering, with knowledge of civil, structural and overhead line design and engineering
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of leading successful teams, fostering a strong and collaborative team environment
- Strong knowledge of industry and different client standards
- Experience with renewable grid connection projects in Australia
