**About the role**

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Maintain weekly and monthly sales reporting processes
- Monitor internal sales forecast and promotional activity and ensure data accuracy
- Load promotional activity to customer portal systems
- Validation & processing of promotional claims
- Assist with tracking promotional spend & accruals
- Maintain customer product ranging and pricing details both internally and externally on customer systems
- Prepare field team communications and trade presenters required
- Maintain compliance and distribution analysis reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with supply chain planners and other key stakeholders

**Skills and experience**
- Understanding of FMCG grocery, systems, reporting supporting processes
- Strong numeracy and communications skills
- Intermediate Excel skills desirable
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills giving the ability to effectively interact with different functions/levels of employees, broad range of external key contacts
- Graduate with 1-2years work experience in FMCG, Field Territory Manager / Representative experience would be an advantage
