We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who lives and breathes tech recruitment—and knows how to find and hire top-tier consultants in **cloud**, **ERP**, and **payroll** technology, including **Workday**. If you’re a proactive, well-connected do-er with a passion for scaling teams in fast-paced consulting environments, this is the role for you.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**- Own and lead the end-to-end recruitment process across core technical domains, including Workday, ERP, cloud platforms, payroll tech, and consulting services.- Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand staffing needs, team goals, and project demands.- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality tech and consulting talent—both permanent and contract.-
- Lead employer branding initiatives to position us as an employer of choice in the tech consulting industry.- Negotiate offers aligned to salary bands, manage compliance checks, and support onboarding transitions.- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, fostering an environment of growth and learning and cultivating a culture of recruitment excellence.-
- Track and report on hiring metrics to drive continuous improvement.- Stay informed about the latest trends in tech recruitment, software development, data analytics, and ERP solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
