About the Role
- Assist in the development, facilitation and quality improvement of junior doctor training programs, orientation and other medical education programs and activities within Bayside Health Service consistent with adult learning principles, accreditation standards and the National Framework for Prevocational (PGY1 and PGY2) Medical Training. In collaboration with the PMEO, special consideration is given to facilitating the Formal Education Program.
- Assist in the development, facilitation and quality improvement of facility wide education programs such as Grand Rounds.
- Support the professional development of clinical supervisors and term supervisors.
- Participate in relevant research activities.
