**About the Role**

We are looking for a full time, driven Business Risk Manager with a minimum of 10 years’ workers’ compensation experience to join our team on a 12-month contract basis (with mutually agreed further terms), to develop new business opportunities and deliver business support services.

The Business Risk Manager is responsible for delivering our consulting services model to new and existing clients.
- Client-centric focus
- Support business’s through the claims and return to work journey
- Develop strategic claims initiatives that focus on premium reduction strategies
- Develop new network, business development and business opportunities
- Provide claims and injury management support services to clients
- Be an active member of our consultancy team, willingly working on assigned opportunities, tenders and developing team members’ knowledge and skills

**About You**
- Qualification in Allied Health, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience
- Highly motivated, experienced professional with product knowledge
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills and a passion to deliver outstanding results
- Experience working for workers’ compensation agents/insurers/regulators, rehabilitation providers, employers
- Experience/exposure to National Workers’ Compensation arrangements, Comcare or Self insurers
- Knowledge in premium management nationally
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to organize, prioritise, project manage and work well under pressure
