We are seeking a dynamic Risk Management Business Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and managing risks and opportunities within our business unit.
The Risk Management Business Partner holds a pivotal position in RTS, actively identifying, assessing, and strategizing around risks and opportunities. This role is instrumental in fostering a culture of proactive risk and opportunity management, ensuring that the organisation optimises opportunities while effectively mitigating potential threats.
**About You**:
- Qualification in Risk Management (Preferably Certified Risk Manager and/or Internal Auditing experience).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2016 for Quality Management System requirements.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
- Able to train stakeholders, teams and individuals in the R&O standard risk, opportunity management principles and best practices.
- Can manage Strategic R&O in ARM and arrange & lead reviews of the strategic risks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about process improvement and delivering excellent results.
