Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an EL2 Workforce Design Lead Recruitment Services Officer on a Non-ongoing - 2 year contract with potential extension

**Position Overview**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**_The provider will be required to:_**
- Receive, read and screen resumes
- Plan the appropriate selection process
- Validate skills
- Define competency-based behavioural interview
- Arrange and conduct assessment process including interview
- Verify references and qualifications
- Secure and negotiate the offer

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- Provide a recruitment plan to ensure the panel complete the recruitment process
- Conduct the referee checks against the agreed timeframe of the plan
- Provide a well written selection report that enables the decision maker to make the final decision of the recruitment recommendations, which is done against the agreed timeframe of the plan

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Applicants must be Australian Citizens.
