My client set up their Sydney office in 2020 and is now looking for an Operations Manager to drive further growth of their Education recruitment business. You will have full responsibility for growing the team and supporting the growth of Contract and Permanent margin within Primary, Secondary, SEN and Further Education.

You will also oversee the opening and development of the company’s Melbourne office - there is existing presence in Melbourne and the company sees huge growth potential for both Education and Health and Social Care recruitment.

**CANDIDATE - Recruitment Operations Manager**

You will be able to demonstrate previous success in a similar role within the relevant sectors, driving margin growth and recruiting and empowering successful recruitment teams.
