Recruiting Operations Manager

- Exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment sourcer/ops specialist

**How will I help?**

This role reports to the Business Operations Manager, Consumer & Business Customer Engagement and is responsible for providing support to the SME Leadership team in their recruitment intiatives.

You will also be responsible for:

- Proactive sourcing and pipelining top talent via LinkedIn channels
- Support the hiring Managers with the recruitment and selection processes for the portfolio
