Going beyond conventional greetings, you will serve as the ultimate "states person" on the building and its surroundings, ensuring everyone feels a sense of convenience, exclusivity, and belonging.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be anything but ordinary. While stationed at the Concierge desk, you won't be confined - we want you to engage with tenants, retailers, and visitors throughout the Lobby and building precinct. Your proactive interactions with people will elevate their experiences to exceptional levels.

Playing a pivotal role in delivering unforgettable customer experiences and events will be a significant part of your duties. This could involve organizing charitable fundraisers, creating surprise and delight moments with special giveaways, or orchestrating engaging activities. You will be the driving force behind the excitement.

This role involves periods of walking, standing, sitting, and manual handling, ensuring your workday remains dynamic and engaging.

**What you'll bring to the role**:
You should possess prior experience in customer-facing roles within an office, hotel, or hospitality environment. Your innate ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultivate genuine rapport, and nurture relationships will be invaluable. Your motivation will arise from forming authentic connections, meticulously attending to details, adeptly following processes, and dedicating yourself to achieving comprehensive outcomes.

You will work autonomously while collaborating within a team of other service providers, creating a seamless and cohesive workplace experience.
