**Facility Coordinator - Part Time**

PERSOLKELLY are working with a Community Services client located in Bentley, seeking an experienced Facility Coordinator to join their team for a 3 month assignment on a Part
- Time basis (3 days per week). This role has the possibility of extension

Working hours: Part time 25 Hours per week (3 days per week)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Approx 3 months with potential to extend

Pay Rate: Approx $50ph + Super

**The Role**

This role will focus on overseeing planned and reactive maintenance works required across their multiple Perth metro based sites. This role may require occasional travel around to each of the sites to assess requirements.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Liaising with the contacts of multiple Perth metro based sites regarding any maintenance requirements
- Co-ordinate and manage Low Value Maintenance (LVM) work orders inclusive of WIP and financial management.
- Respond to and manage requests for maintenance, repairs and small construction projects and liaise with relevant parties on matters relating to budget, timelines and policies.
- Using a consultative approach, advising and guiding clients on the level and types of works required for each work order
- Seeking quotes from the most appropriate sub-contractors and communicating recommendations to the client
- Liaising with finance teams and contractors to manage the timeframe and delivery of multiple work requests at any one time
- Conduct occasional site visits in order to build relationships and respond to site needs; perform quality audits on completed work and conduct safety inspections on work in progress.
- Approving all sub-contractor expenses
- Organise the timely provision of services to meet safety, timeframes, budget and quality requirements as agreed in each relevant services contract

**Experience Required**
- Previous experience or exposure within a trade environment is highly desirable
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Facilities / Maintenance related role
- Ability to adapt to and learn new in house systems and processes quickly
- Experience and knowledge of building / construction processes and timelines is essential
- Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality customer service and communication.
- Well organised, self-starter, with a team orientation and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Highly literate with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organization skills and a high attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
