**What this job involves**:
We’re looking for a personable, professional, and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our team and provide Facilities Management support and coordination Working on site with a leading engineering software client.
**This is a part time role and the working hours will be**: Monday to Friday 08:30 am to 12:15 pm.
**A snapshot of the role**:
Coordination of facilities management activities as delegated by centralised team and operational requirements.
Monitor use of Corrigo to understand delivery of services, evaluation of tasks, invoicing, and submission of documentation, manage risk exposure related to delays.
Provide general administrative support to the Business Support Team & Facilities Managers.
Manage any escalations regarding contractor performance and missing/incomplete compliance documentation.
Build and develop effective relationships with Facilities Managers, Contractors, and Suppliers.

Strong communication skills, active listening and problem solving skills
