**WHO ARE YOU?**

You are fascinated by digital and have a passion for all things tech. You enjoy solving web-based puzzles and pride yourself on the high quality of your outputs. You ideally have 4 years’ experience working in a similar Analyst role, preferably with some of those years spent working at a digital agency like ours.

You are the trusted advisor when it comes to understanding business problems, with your experience and expertise allowing you to architect best in breed, tailored technology solutions for clients. Your keen eye for detail allows you to analyse all the working elements of a client’s tech stack, while also considering the bigger picture.

**WHAT’S THE ROLE?**

At Revium our Analysts act as the bridge between our clients and our development team. Our Analysts deep dive into our client’s businesses, to understand their problems and then use that information to work closely with our CX experts and the wider Revium team to architect and document best in breed technology-based solutions.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Perform requirements gathering tasks including, at times, leading client workshops
- Develop business, functional, and technical documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
- Concise and unambiguous communication of client requirements to developers and designers
- Assist in the development and validation of quotes
- Oversee and complete testing, verification, validation techniques and quality control (including compatibility testing)
- Write test scenarios, test cases and test plans
- Create and provide training and documentation for end users
- Exceptional levels of customer service provided internally and externally
- Promptly escalate issues which affect product delivery and quality
- Contribute to the company knowledge base and process improvements
- Ability to work with multiple, different development frameworks (e.g. Waterfall and Agile/Hybrid)
- Assist with system solution and architecture design
- Work closely with stakeholders to comprehend business goals, gather requirements, and convert them into functional specifications
- Develop detailed process maps, workflows, and diagrams to illustrate and document both the current and future technical and business states
- Developing and deploying data-driven solutions to address business problems
- Employing quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods to enhance data-driven decision-making
- Working with a team of software developers and analysts to ensure the business requirements and proposed IT Solutions
- Meticulously creating comprehensive business and technical documentation to ensure clarity, precision, and alignment with organizational standards
- Maintaining current knowledge of the latest developments and trends in technology and data science.
