**Position**: Game Master

**Location**: Paradise Centre

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Independently manage shifts and effectively prioritise tasks
- Greet and assist guests, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Brief, supervise, and support guests during their escape room experiences
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction throughout their visit
- Reset escape rooms accurately and efficiently after each group
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workspaces and escape rooms
- Collaborate effectively within a team to maintain operational efficiency
- Demonstrate quick thinking to troubleshoot and adjust escape rooms as needed
- Keep up-to-date with knowledge about our escape rooms and business offerings
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $29.33 - $36.09 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
