**About Us**:Otherworld HQ is thrilled to introduce an exhilarating gaming experience blending the excitement of laser tag with the intrigue of social deduction games, inspired by the popular "Among Us." Our Saboteurs arena in Surfers Paradise offers players a unique and immersive adventure, and we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Saboteurs Game Facilitators.

As a Game Facilitator, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional gaming experience for our customers. You will be responsible for overseeing game sessions, assisting players, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Among Us-style laser tag games.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate laser tag game sessions and guide players through the Among Us-style experience.
- Organize and manage teams, explaining game rules and objectives to participants.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure gaming environment.
- Provide assistance to players during the game and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Coordinate with other staff to ensure the efficient and timely execution of game sessions.
- Maintain equipment and perform basic troubleshooting as needed.
- Contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for players.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
- Ability to manage groups of players and maintain a fun and engaging environment.
- Quick problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic setting.
- Availability for day and night shifts on a casual basis.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service, event hosting, or gaming environments is a must.
