Our Saboteurs arena in Surfers Paradise offers players a unique and immersive adventure, and we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Saboteurs Game Facilitators. As a Game Facilitator, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional gaming experience for our customers. You will be responsible for overseeing game sessions, assisting players, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Among Us-style laser tag games. **Responsibilities**: - Facilitate laser tag game sessions and guide players through the Among Us-style experience. - Organize and manage teams, explaining game rules and objectives to participants. - Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure gaming environment. - Provide assistance to players during the game and address any inquiries or concerns. - Coordinate with other staff to ensure the efficient and timely execution of game sessions. - Maintain equipment and perform basic troubleshooting as needed. - Contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for players. **Qualifications**: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Enthusiastic and outgoing personality. - Ability to manage groups of players and maintain a fun and engaging environment. - Quick problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic setting. - Availability for day and night shifts on a casual basis. **Requirements**: - Previous experience in customer service, event hosting, or gaming environments is a must. **How to Apply**:If you are passionate about gaming, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and have the skills to create memorable experiences for players, we want to hear from you **Application Deadline: 4th December 2023** Join us in bringing the excitement of Among Us-style laser tag to the Gold Coast community **Job Type**: Casual Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Employee discount Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Weekend availability Work Location: In person
