We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Game Masters and Bar Staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional Customer Service: Providing top-notch service and ensuring our customers have a memorable visit is a primary focus of this role.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is crucial, as ensuring the success of our escape room experiences relies on precision.
- Common Sense: The ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions is a must.
- Passion for Puzzles and Games: A genuine love for escape rooms, puzzles, and games is essential.
- **RSA Certification: Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is required.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a member of our team, your day-to-day duties will include:

- Welcoming and briefing teams before they enter the Escape Room.
- Monitoring the progress of customers within the game and providing hints or clues when needed.
- Occasional troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of our rooms.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the Escape Rooms, waiting areas, and staff spaces.
- Adapting to other tasks that may arise during the daily operation of the venue.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess the following qualifications:

- RSA Certification: Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is required.
- Personal Experience: Having participated in at least one escape room is a must to understand the customer's perspective.
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills: The ability to create positive and memorable experiences for our customers.
- Passion for Puzzles and Games: A genuine enthusiasm for escape rooms, puzzles, and games.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: Ensuring every element of our escape room experiences is flawless.
- Focus and Adaptability: Maintaining concentration and adaptability during shifts that may run from 9:40 am to 5 pm or 5 pm to midnight.
